THE Disciplinary Committee will meet on Monay nights in the Seven Oaks Hotel at 8.30pm. Players sent off on the week-end prior to the immediate week-end before the meeting will be dealt with and must attend or be represented, clubs and players will not necessarily be or routinely be notified. The first meeting of the new season will take place on Monday September 06 to deal with red cards from matches on 27 to 29 August only and every Monday thereafter.
Players red carded must serve an automatic suspension with the same team in the next competitive game except for F.A.I., L. F. A. Cups/ Shields and Oscar Traynor Trophy. If in doubt please contact League Secretary.
Registration Forms must be with the League a clear two days before league games and a clear fourteen days before any cup fixture whether Domestic or National. Under the new Rule Definitions adopted at the A.G.M. and F.A.I. Rules, "days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, so therefore for Friday games Tuesday is deadline and any Saturday/ Sunday game Wednesday is the deadline.
Clubs are reminded of the Transfer Rule. Players once registered for a club, even without kicking a ball for that club, must require a Transfer if they want to go to another club between now and September 30, 2010. From the October 1, 2010 inclusive no player can transfer from his registered club until December 1, 2010.
Free Day/Sunday - Under 10 Day Rule, request for a Free Day/Sunday must be made 10 clear working days before the date of the fixture. Again under the new Rule Definitions adopted at the A.G.M. and F.A.I. Rules " days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
