Grange: At a recent committee meeting it was agreed to regrade the following from intermediate to junior Liam Pender, Martin Kelly, James O'Toole, Johnny Kavanagh and Jack Teehan. The first intermediate league match is March 21 and first junior match March 31. More information later.
The supper dance is in the Killerig Resort hotel on February 27. Tickets are ¤ 10. from any committee member.
St. Anne's
Next Sunday, February 28, sees our girls take on Old Leighlin in the first round of the Minor Championship. Good Luck to all the girls.
Fenagh
Fenagh U13's play Tinryland in the first round of Charity Banisteoir on Thursday 4th February in Rathvilly. Fenagh have chosen The Home Care Team as their charity.
On Sunday 28th February Fenagh G.F.C. wish to invite anyone who would like to join them in a Sunday Stroll to raise awareness for the Carlow Hospice and Home Care Team,
We will be meeting in our club grounds J. J. Hogan Memorial Park at 11am regardless of weather and anyone wishing to make a donation to the very worthy cause will be very much appreciated.
Asca
No winner or no match 3's last week in the lotto draw. Tickets at ¤ 2 available from the usual outlets. Club Membership: Membership is now due for 2010 and should be paid to Kathleen Mullins or Joe O'Reilly. Training for all participants will commence on Tuesday 23rd Feb at 7.30 pm at the Presentation College.
St. Patrick's
A great night of nostalgia, reminiscing and storytelling is assured on Friday night next February 26 in Mount Wolseley when the St. Pat's footballers of the sixties and seventies gather to celebrate their achievements and re-live what was a golden era of football in Tullow. Proceedings will get underway with the meal being served at 9p.m. Tickets ¤ 15 are available from club officers.
Training for all club players continues with trainer Larry Canavan on Monday and Thursday nights in Br. Leo Park.
As the playing season will commence shortly, it is most important that all players attend. New players are especially welcome.
Players and supporters are reminded that membership for the 2010 season is now due and should be paid promptly to any club officer.
