Probation
SEAMUS DONOHUE, 25 Pairc Mhuire, Tullow was charged with the unlawful possession of drugs at Pairc Mhuire on May 17, 2011.
He pleaded guilty to the charge. Solicitor Michael Lanigan said Donohue was 31-years-old and on disability. He said Donohue did have a heroin addiction which he has successfully dealt with.
He said Donohue has no previous convictions and has been drug free for over six months.
Judge Anderson applied the probation act.
