A TULLOW man who allegedly took out insurance 28 minutes after being stopped by gardai had his case adjourned until March.
Patrick Carroll (23), Liscolman, Tullow was charged with driving without insurance and failing to produce insurance at Rathcrogue, on March 11, 2011.
Garda Bernard Graham said he had stopped Carroll at 3.20 p.m. on the day in question and said the insurance certificate that had been produced to him commenced at 3.48 p.m. on that date.
