Drink driving ban
A CASTLEDERMOT woman was disqualified from driving for three years when she was convicted at the district court of drunk driving.
Marie Carroll of Coltstown, Castledermot was convicted and fined ¤300 and banned from driving for three years for the offence at Main Street, Castledermot on June 29 last. The alcohol reading was just one mark above the category for a two year driving ban.
Judge William Harnett agreed to postponing the driving ban until June 1 2010.
