Cannabis charge
A MAN who allegedly had €400 of cannabis plant had his case adjourned until February 8. Artur Wlodarczyk (34), 6 The Weirs, Poacher's Gate, Carlow was charged with the unlawful possession of drugs and possession of drugs with the intention of sale or supply at the Old Leighlin Road on May 13, 2011. Inspector Martin Walker said gardai searched an apartment in Ferrybank and found €400 worth of cannabis plant material. He said Wlodarczyk made 'alleged admissions' about the sale of drugs.
