New Lord mayor
Twenty-five years ago, Andy Doyle, Cronaskeagh, Clonmore, was elected Lord Mayor, beating his three opponents because Andy had the most money collected by holding Cabarets, etc. This money was in aid of many sports functions, so Andy still holds the chain.
Now Des Kelly, Hacketstown, and Liz Townsend, the Corner House Pub, are seeking to be elected 'The New Lord Mayor'.
All funds raised will be in aid of St John's Day Care Centre. Please support Liz and Des. Billy Nagla organised this fundraiser.
