Tots have fun in the sun at barbecue feast

THE YOUNG children at the Ballon Rathoe Community Playschool enjoyed fine weather and tasty food at their summer barbeque on Wednesday. The children were treated to an afternoon of fun and games, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The barbeque was fired up and, with music playing al fresco, plenty of the youngsters bopped happily around the garden, having great sport.
A surprise birthday cake and a fine rendition of Happy Birthday were sung to Bridie Maher, a member of staff at the centre. Bouncy castles, bikes and burgers all round made it a great summer party.
