TULLOW Youth Theatre was established in 2008 by Carlow Local Authorities Arts Office. Peter Kelly has been running the group since its inception. In that time Tullow Youth Theatre has grown steadily, both in terms of the number of people taking part, and its stature and recognition in the local community.
